I have stupidly erased all data on one of my ECRs and now I can't send any data to it from my other ECR.
Also when I type in the engineer code on the erased till all of the options are different

Is your system connected on Ethernet or IRC (RS485)?

You need to set the main flags 200 and 201, set the maximums (112) to match the other ECR, then under the Flags (113) you need to set flags 45 and 66 to enable IRC and Ethernet (if appropriate) - copy them from the other ECR.

Once done, IR then 8800 to bring them up together and 8999 from the good machine.

Thanks for the help but I still can't get them to link together.
I have copied all the flags from the good ECR to the other so both are now identical. Any idea where I'm going wrong?

Do I need to IR from the good machine or does it not matter?

The flags should be the same, but the IP Address and IRC ID should be different, but in the same network.

eg. Till 1 is 192.168.1.200 IRC ID 1 and Machine Number 1
Till 2 is 192.168.1.201. IRC ID 2 and Machine Number 2

IR both tills to be certain, but do the 8800 from the good machine.
