Hi I've managed to crash one of my tills by trying to put a multisave discount on a product.
Anyone got any ideas on how to restart the till as it's currently stuck on doing a discount and it keeps doing the discount on and on and on and it hasn't finished the transaction with the discount.

It might be worth a reset.

Depending on the version of your till try this.

You need the S Key
Turn the key to X
Turn the key 1 further to Z
Then turn the key 1 futher to what we call the BLIND position because there is no markings on the till.
Place your thumb on the top left hand corner of the screen.
While your thumb is there turn the till on.
You should hear 3/4 bleeps.
Take your thumb off the screen.
Turn the key back to R.
A message appears saying IR DONE and the version of the till.
IR DONE = Initial Reset.

Hopefully you will now be able to use your till.
