Does anyone know what type of cabling (and what the DIP switch settings are) to connect a CBM-1000 printer to a Uniwell SX-700 terminal?

On the back of the printer I see a centronics connector and a 6P6C connector (presumably an RJ-12).

I have the tooling and dies for RJ-12's (somewhere), Does anyone know what the cable layout should be?
