Hi,
I've recently taken over a bar with two Uniwell TX-870s. We're able to change prices etc. and largely have the tills set up as we want. The one thing we can't do is clear the G-Total 2 value which has been merrily adding our take to the previous owner's totals.
Any help on how to clear the G-Total 2 would be much appreciated.

I have a TX-870 (but I'm no engineer so you might want to hang on for input from others)
My instructions don't show a G-Total 2 but if you need to reset the monthly/yearly figures to zero turn the key to the Z2 position and print the full year report off (8848 i think)
To reset the totals you will need the Engineers code and the 4 digit code for the option to clear all the sales data. Have you got the engineers code?
Um... we have a 'superuser' ID which we use to change prices, add new buttons and run reports. Is this what you mean by the engineers code?
