WELL I JUST GOT A AX-3000-03 VERSION 3.40, IT HAS A PROBLEM, ALL SALES AND REPORTS ARE DELETED WHEN THE AX-3000 HAS BEEN SHUTDOWN,WHEN IT HAS BEEN START WORKING IN FACT WHEN THE LOGO UNIWELL APPEARS ,WORDS APPEARS HERE WE THOUGHT THAT IT COULD BE THE BATTERY THAT FEEDS A MEMORY, BUT WE HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY AND THE PROBLEM NOT GET SOLUTION, WE HAVE READ ALL MANUALS AND WE HAVE NOT FOUND NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM
Your description isn't clear.
There are two batteries in the machine. One rechargeable 9V and the other a smaller battery
The machine needs to be left on about 24 hours to fully charge the battery.
Why are you cutting the power to it anyway?
The newest firmware is 4.30
Are you only losing your sales data or are you losing your program as well?
Where are you located?
As said, there are two batteries. There is also a new version, v4.40 out.
If you bought this from a dealer then ask them for advice, if you bought it second hand then look at swapping both batteries as the one on the main board has a limited life.
As also said, why would you cut the power overnight? These things can be shutdown and left plugged in quite happily, or simply put into sleep mode for a quicker wakeup.
V4.30 is the newest one on the American FTP server... Maybe you guys had a bug in Europe that they needed a revision for...
I thought you used the same -03 code as the rest of the world? We don't have a European server, we pull straight from Japan at the moment, so maybe it's just not transfered across yet?
