Hi,
I help run a family restaurant chain and need some help on an issue I'm having.
We have our system setup with two printers. One the customer receipt with all purchase details and a kp Pinter which sorts through the data and sends relevant food prep data to the printer. No brainer I'm sure. But my question is how can I change an from printing on the receipt to also print on the kp?
Any help is much appreciated of course!

It is always useful to tell us what type of tills you are using, but the basic answer should be...
Find the details for the PLU you want to modify, look for the KP flag settings and add the second printer to it.
If you're not certain then find an item you know works and look at that for guidance.
