Hi Guys

Hope you can help with this problem

I have been asked by a client to see if i can get this unit working for him. Im a Stocktaker by trade and have set a few of these machines up from scratch before.

The unit in question is showing
"IR Done
Boot Rom - SX-7505-06 B1.00
Flash Rom - V1.10d"

The normal red light next to the logo is not illuminated
The "F0" keyboard is non resposive

I have the code and an "S" key if it is required

Any help would be much appreciated

Iain

I can do a reset using the 3 keys half way up the left hand side of the keyboard. It beeps 3 times then comes back with the same message.

I can change from the F0 keyboard to the F! keyboard.

The problem is that i cannot sign on with the engineer code using the F0 keyboard.

I think someone has messed about with the machine in the past.

Surley there must be some way to get this back to default so that i can program it.

It is for use in a pub, but the name comes from my surname (Gordon)
