i have a client who is using Star TSP700II usb printer, they are printing via the Java Opos program, once they send a receipt it prints and kicks the drawer when they start another transaction they are not able to connect to the drawer, they are sending java commands to check connection of all the devices connected, for them to resume again they need to logoff from the system and then resume again.if you could advice on a way on how we can contro the drawer it will be very helpful.
