Hi, we are trying to upgrade to a new epos system but the scanner adds a quantity of 14 rather than one.
I have tried various options in the setup book and managed to change it to 13 & 5 but never to just 1
using it in notepad it appears to be fine, just adding the code

the scanner is a taotronics tt-bs003
We are using an opencart ecommerce webstore with till magic extension, sadly the support for till magic is awful and they never respond.

we are hoping its just an issue with the barcode scanner

WHAT Happens if you type the barcode number directly into the plu button?
If the till is picking up the correct product from the scanner - I cant see the scanner being the issue.

It adds 1, not 14
