Hope someone can help with this, the instructions book for this till is a nightmare!
We have recently acquired a Toshiba TEC MA-600 till from the previous owners of our site and I am starting to learn how to use it and programme it with our own details.
I started to figure out how to change the details which are printed on the receipts. I managed to change the STORE MESSAGE at the top of the receipt to show our name and address and that is now printing fine.
Then when I came back to use the till again, I tried to enter our own FOOTER MESSAGE but whenever I enter our details, it keeps going back to the previous details. I have done everything the same as I did to change the Store message but this time it doesn't seem to save the information I input.
Can anyone help with this?
