Hi,

Those instructions are definately correct and should certainly have at least changed the Tax link so I think the next step is to find out how your tax is currently setup. The best way to find this out is to print out a programming read:

Turn the key to PGM
Press 2
Press TL/NS

As well as other information this will print a series of numbers starting with #61, #62 etc each with 8 digits along side them. If you tell me what it prints for each i'll be able to see alot more.

Cheers

Hi,

Well it's definately setup correctly. When you do the programming procedure a small confirmation ticket should print out (You may need to have the receipt turned on)

So could you tell me what prints out if you do the following:

Turn the key to PGM
Key in 010000083
Press X
Press the Actual Department key on your keyboard that you want to change to Zero Vat
Press TL/NS
Turn the key to back to R

Again if it doesn't seem to accept it try stripping the first zero off the beginning, so enter 10000083 instead.

cheers
