Sharp - XE-A213. I have the pc link and software but can't see how I can copy full daily sales totals by department (which I currently print out at the end of the day and then have to key in) directly to my pc.

The free programming utility is just that, programming. There is other software which will give you sales information. It's called posutility.

You're nearest Sharp dealer should be able to give/sell you a copy of PosUtility. It's available to them from the Sharp dealer FTP server.
