Got a Bizarre one........ Sometimes the 4,5,6, . CL X, Auto key, deparment keys 3, 7, 11 do not operate, they just beep as if you pressed two keys at the same time by mistake, at first I thought it was the ribbon cable but its fine.... software issue? any ideas... like I say it only does this now and again.... hmmm

Looked at the part number for the keyboard and its 0GS5626820 this was a May to July 2008 production and it needed to be replaced with 0GS5626821 due to this very fault (insufficient drying of the silver paste printed on the key sheet.).... anyone have spare keyboard? or know where I could get one

You beat me to it. I've had tons of them. Bloody crap membranes in them. It was a serious fault with a large batch it seems. 203 and 213 models had it. Then there's the drawer wiring that gets caught in the drawer tray that they refused to modify through several models.
Absolutely! The customer I supplied this to phoned up explaining the fault, so got them to post it back to me.....it worked absolutely fine! thinking it was perhaps a human error, then after a week leaving it switched on it started doing it...... any ideas where I could get a replacement part for it onlinr or anywhere?

Yeah, they are very intermittent. Usually depends on the temp and humidity of the day.
Looks like Dave knows where to get them.
