Hi ive tried to figure this out by lookin at other posts but now im stuck, ive managed to set 2 tax things to 17.5% and 5% (i think) and set depatment 1&2 to no tax i need department 3 at the 5% and 4&5 at 17.5% PLEASE HELP IM GONNA KILL IT IN A MINUTE!

Hopefully these will point you in the right direction 
This is the procedure to set a department to Non Vat:
Turn the key to PGM
Press 7
Press X/TM
Press the actual department key on your keyboard that you want to program as Non Vat
Press #/ST to finish programming
This is the procedure to set a department to Vat 1:
Turn the key to PGM
Press 17
Press X/TM
Press the actual department key on your keyboard that you want to program as Vat 1
Press #/ST to finish programming
This is the procedure to set a department to Vat 2:
Turn the key to PGM
Press 107
Press X/TM
Press the actual department key on your keyboard that you want to program as Vat 2
Press #/ST to finish programming
Then I recommend you print a program read out to check the settings and make sure all the departments are linked to the correct Tax Rate and that each Tax Rate is setup as you thought. Do this as follows:
Turn the key to Z/PGM
Press #/ST
If you want me to confirm what any of the print out means please let me know what it prints.

Hi,
So that means it's setup as follows:
Department 1 = Zero Vat
Department 2 = Zero Vat
Department 3 = 5%
Department 4 to 8 = 17.5%
That all looks good to me, hopefully that should be all done...
