Hi,

can you please advise me on how to remove a clerks data from the till entirely?
I have removed it from our main system/Total Control, but sending the update doesn't remove from the till.
I can find the clerk settings in the menu within the till itself. I do not however know how to delete someone from this list.

I don't know about a UP-710S as it isn't a model we get in the UK.
However, since it's a model in 700 range I'm assuming it has a screen with text when you program instead of using codes. If it has text, then highlight the clerk you want rid of and press delete.
If the machine uses codes then unfortunately I don't know what to do!
