Can someone please help me? Got some questions regarding my UP 700
1. Is it possible to turn off the beep sound everytime you press a key? Especially if I have to change stuff on the till it's sooo anoying...
2. Where can I get a template for the key sheet?
3. I did enter the text I want under Receipt Logo but it doesn't show on the receipt. It still shows SHARP. Where do I have to change what?

These things can be done, but first you need a service key. The changes are in the service settings.
To turn off the beep turn to Srv position, then 02 Setting, then 02 System Preset. Down to line 913 and make it: 0003. This doesn't stop key beeps in Pgm mode however. I have in the past disconnected the speaker to make the till completely silent, but it means taking the till apart.
To make the receipt print your name you need to change line 912. There are different configurations of how it prints, so here are the options to put in line 912:
1140 3-line header instead of a graphical logo
1143 6-line header instead of a graphical logo
1145 3-line header instead of a graphical logo and 3-line footer
