I use ecr manager to program the tills, they are currently set so that if we was to sell a 1/2 of fosters you need to press 1/2(function set to PINT SFT) the fosters, this inputting the aux1 value set to the plu.
I am looking at running a promotion for buy one get one half price on bottles, i thought that i would be able to use the 1/2 button then the bottle setting the aux1 value as half the bottle price. Having done this it has only worked on one product and not them all does anyone know the reason for this????

On the Program2 tab try putting a value in the Pint Qty field.
The value relates to the number of units sold when using the Pint Sft Button
i.e 0.5 for half, 2 for doubles etc
