You're right about the z with open glus. Must not get my model options mixed up when i don't have the book in front of me! I was meaning allow a Z with open GLUs.
I didn't think a dealer would let ecr manager out with no help.

We dont. This customer has had up700s and ecr manager for about 10 years.

Ecr manager is good but does usually need someone to set it up. This can be done onsite by us (which is the usual way) or remotely which we sometimes do with customers. We have a few UK companies that have sites in various parts of the world and we dont mind going over to do training (and have done) but the costs can be prohibitive. We do have some customers who are so self sufficient they happily set up their seasonal sites with little input from us.

I would like to think if the customer had some queries they would come back direct rather than looking to the internet. So help is there, they just need to ask. Assuming it is the customer I think it is!

I work for the software company that develops Ecr Manager, but have only just become aware of this forum through a random web search.

I know that this particular thread is a year old now, but I'll keep an eye on this forum from now on and answer any questions where I can.

Best regards,

Graham

Welcome Graham!
I've spoken to you a few times when I worked for Osler & Robertson in Edinburgh.
