Is it possible to turn the journal receipt off, as it's just wasting another till roll? Cheers
Even if it is, which I'm not sure about, I'd have thought the tax man might have something to say about it when he comes for your records.
the main receipts are kept daily, its the 2nd receipt printer (journal). so basically 2 rolls of paper are being used every other day or so. if either one of the rolls has been used or not placed in, the till will not function at all.

I understand what you're asking for, but when I used to deal with Cash Registers, rather than EPoS systems, I quite often had customers who got a visit from the tax man, and they would always turn the journal back on, if it had been disabled, and warn the business owner that turning it off was very much frowned upon.
