Hi All

Can't seem to find this anywhere. Would you mind letting me know if it's possible to stop our staff from seeing the current sales totals taken by the business for the day. Currently they look at the OP/X/Z sequence (available to all users) and then TLS to show the clerk total. We are only using 1 clerk for now so I guess the imediate solution is to setup each member of staff as a clerk. Is this solution the best?

For that model I think it's your only solution. There's no disabling functions for clerks in the programming. Everything is controlled by the physical keys i.e. Reg key, X key, Z key etc, so controlling who gets them is the best option.
