Hi Guys,
New here but did a long search but seemingly nobody else had the problem!
Had the register for about 6 months and all has been well. Strangely, till needed battery change AND till roll replaced at the same time. After doing so, it has locked up on me.
Have tried the reset with the batteries out while powered on to get the ===MRS=== message and all seemed fine until I went to press a key and none work! (Other than the up arrow button for till roll feed)
Really need this till back in action ASAP so any help is appreciated.

What happens when you press '1' and then 'CLK #'?
It sounds like it's needing signed on.
Absolutely nothing. Tried signing on, tried reprogramming (Not through PC yet) and still nothing. Also, I have seen on these forums that keys 'beep' when errors are assigned to them...I get no beeping at all.

If you can't sign on and only receipt and journal feed work, it sounds very like the keyboard has liquid damage. It might look dry now, but it doesn't take much. Especially if something like cola etc have been spilt on it. Only fix is a new keyboard.
