I've tried a number of different sized images for the graphic logo which would be printed on receipts, however every time I use the Easy Programming Tool software I get an error saying "illegal image size" and no indication of what size I should be using. I've searched a number of websites and haven't found an answer anywhere.
If anyone has the dimensions the image should be for the receipt that would be brilliant 
The size is a very small 288x130.

Hi,
In addition to the size constraint, there is a limit on the amount of black to white ratio you can have in the logo.
Black Rate
- Total black rate: 35% or lower
- Local black rate: The black rate of a horizontal dot line is 55% or less.
I guess this is to prevent the head from working to much to do a logo.
