I have a sharp UP 3500 series POS terminal with remote drawer and printer. This is second hand and I am trying to find out where to buy a power cable for the terminal and also keys for the drawer which is locked. Can anyone help please?

Your best solution is to probably go and talk to your local SHARP dealer unless you can find an on-line site that will deal in parts and accessories. Everyone should have the keys in stock (SK 1-2) but the power supply will likely have to be ordered in. I forget what the connector looks like. You probably can’t buy a 3rd party power supply either so expect to pay a $100+ for that part.
Just to add to that. As long as the drawer is an ER 03DW/05DW etc The SK 1-1, SK1-2 will be fine with UK prices from dealers £5 - £10.
The power supply will cost from about £120 upwards!!
However, I would advise getting the correct Sharp part, they are designed for the type of environment tills operate in.
