Our smart new supervisor has put our till into training mode and we can't get it out of this mode.

Does anyone know how to get it out of training mode and back to normal?? please

open back panel. there is white color switch in middle of circuit edge.

turn it off and back

Up3300 will show you program reset and master reset

select program reset

press cancel to back to home mode
