Hi there we have a UP X300 which is gradually slowing down.....

I have been told that the solution is to delete the contents of the Electronic Journal. Apparently this is what the repair guy used to do...

Is there a "setting" to do this? If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.

Could you find out the version of the application? Go to back office, any module, then help, then about.
It'll say 1.?.?.? Just fill in the question marks. There is a known problem with a couple of versions involving the electronic journal that can be fixed a bit more effectively than just deleting the journal!
