Hi

For some reason when I enter a transaction into my newly purchased Sharp UP-700 cash register, and come to cash it the till drawer does not open. I have to open it manually. Is there some settings I need to adjust.

Hi Andie,

You need to goto each payment method that you are using and there is an option to open drawer. Set it to yes

PGM 2 > Setting > Media > Cash

Also check that each clerk is setbto drawer 1
