Hi
I have been using Sharpsoft ECR Manager software and can see that the is a report in the immediate task X1 section called PLU hourly Group Report.
I am assuming that this report will be the same as the hourly report but give details of the PLU groups sold by the hour, this report would be ideal.
However, when I try and run the report nothing happens.
Do you know if it is possible to run this report or if the is any other way to extract information from the till to look at what products are being sold by the hour rather than just total sales by the hour?

The 600/700 doesn't support that. You'd need to have at least a up 800 series or higher for that.
For EPROM models that support it, the best way of doing this in our current software would be to use the T-Log sales history feature, which gives an individual date / time stamp for each sale as opposed to consolidated totals per item per Z read.
This feature is available for the UP-800, UP-3500 and ER-A280, but unfortunately not for the recently discontinued 600 / 700.
