hey guys is there anything like posutility for Americans if so where could i find it?

One thing you could try to make posutility work is to set your regional settings to UK whenever you need to use it.
I haven't tried it to be honest, but it's worth a go.
The only problems I can see are from certain functions that are available on the till firmware in the UK might not be on the US versions. I learned that the hard way on this site when I tried to help someone make a till do something it wasn't capable of there!
