Is it possible to track staff being bought drinks through this till?
Currently drinks bought for staff at the bar are just written as tallys in a book.

It is possible, but will need a bit of reprogramming to do properly.
I'm assuming here you sell the staff the normal drinks but at a different price.
You'd need to create 2 price levels and then put a price shift button somewhere on the screen. This will let you sell at the correct price, keep the stock right and let you see what has been bought.
Thank you for your reply. What I meant was when customers buy staff drinks we need toknow they are actually being paid for. Currently we have a book with tally marks in for staff drinks bought by customers.
Do a second price level but with the same price and issue a report by price level...
