HI ALL im new hear so a big hello to everyone.

i have a sharp er3110 and its showing a csr error 4p2, its will only show the fault once in pmg1 or pmg2.
and i also need to find out how to change the company name on the top of the receipt.

ok an update !!!!! i have pressed loads of buttons in hope i am doing something right.
and now i can use pgm1 and pgm2!!!! cool. but !!!!
i down loaded the manual from this website (very old copy, hard to read) and i was setting the time and date and trying to set the complay logo. well something happend .......... i dont know quite what, but the whone thing has gone off
so i have checked the fuse in the plug, it has still got one and its good. i tested for 240 inside all good
i thest the output on the transformer and found about 28vac on the output side.
tested the pos and neg on the bord and yep there is power there aswell. all cables pluged in and no burn marks on any of the pcb. i know this is a big ask ............... can anyone help lol

Hi.
You probably have a bad battery. Try a program reset first - should be in your manual. Make sure it is 'PROGRAM RESET' not master reset or MRS.
Has this machine been turned off for a while?
