I know you've addressed this numerous times but we've tried the instructions listed and it's not working we want to make departments 5-8 from non-taxable to taxable. We want all our departments to tax at 6%. 1-4 are set but we can't seem to change 5-8.

We cannot get the 000007 to 00017

Hi,
The procedure for 5 - 8 is very slightly different, try this:
Turn the key to Z/PGM
Key in 17
Press X/TM
Press SHIFT
Then Press the actual department key you want to program (for example 5 is actually shared with the department 1 key)
Press #/ST to finish
See if this does the trick.
