Hello
Hopefully someone can help me, my husband has 2 different tills both with the same problem. A sharp XE-A101 and XE-A102. When he registers a sale, and totals it, the screen flashes on and off and the till keeps beeping and the only way to clear it is to push the VAT button as all the others lock up. As this has happened to both tills I guess it's something we've done wrong, possibly with the tax set up. I have tried a factory reset with no joy. Anyone have any ideas?

Very common problem with the 101 and it may be the same thing with the 102. Usually means the printer needs servicing.
