Hi

I have now set up two clearks on the till and have given the manager silver key to someone else who is not always at the bar to restrict the voiding.

However my problem is that the OP silver key won't turn round to X1/Z1 to print off the reading/resetting X/Z.

I have tried to use the OP X/Z but it comes up with entry erro when I try and do a rest reading with one of the clerks??

How do I enable them to both be able to do x1/z1? Also is the OP clerk x/1 z/1the sames as the normal x1/z1 if the clerks are linked??

Thanks

An OP X/Z will just read the individual clerk, so each clerk can do an individual reset for themselves, then the full Z can be left for the manager. An entry error will more than likely be someone still has a sale to finish off.
One other thing you can do is make sure manager voids show on the Z reset too. To do this go to SRV, 02 Setting, 02 System Preset, then make line 909 C - 0.

So if we are running weekly tabs the ind clerk will only be able to print off a reading report not resetting?

If you want to keep the tabs and still be able to do a clerk reset there is a service line for that too. You will know this off by heart by now, but go to SRV mode, 02 Setting, 02 System Preset, Line 929 B - 1.
