ERA420 key reposition

Are you wanting to start from scratch or just reposition the keys? Either way you'll need a service key.

I want to do it from scratch, which I can programm the register later following the manual, I have a manger key, is it different from thr service key you said? how can I get it if it is?

If you google 'sharp service key' you'll find a picture of one and you can make one out of your existing keys.
To do a master reset, turn the key two positions past pgm2 (so it's at the 6 o' clock position), hold down the journal feed key and turn the key to the srv position (one position back, 7 o'clock position). It will now say MRS in the display. After it's done that you can start programming from scratch.
