I am having problems getting the overlapped clerk entry to work on my ER-A421. As far as I can see I have got it set up in service mode but it refuses to work in operation. Is there something I'm missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

not a machine ive had a lot to do with - however, there is a distinction between CLERKS and CASHIRES make sure you haven't programmed 1 but using the other

Hi Billnic

I know this is from a while ago but was wondering if you had any joy with this.

I've changed OVERLAPED CLK in the FILE in SRV mode to 01
and also tried changing SRV:910 to 0100 in SYSTEM PRESET

is there anything else to try?
