Hi,

I am using an eaziscan Connolys Cash Register system and I keep having the problem "clerk in use press ok" come up on two of my clerk numbers. I have lost the last page of the manual that tells me how to solve this problem, and connolys wont help me as I dont pay a service contract to them ! Any help, suggestions to fix it would be great, know it must be a simple enough fix !

Thanks

Ben

I'm in 2 minds whether to answer this one. I know I won't help anyone who doesn't have a service contract and won't pay anything. I have to get paid too!
Secondly, I don't know what an eaziscan system is! Never heard of it. Not something Sharp do.
All I would suggest is press CL(Clear).

thanks for the helpful reply... a service contract with them is £300 a year, and hardly required, also here to make money and not waste it. Just because I wont pay it doesnt mean I wont appreciate good advice and pay for it. Eaziscan is what is written all over my till and my program, but as this website is so poorly laid out for posting the first topic seemed the easiest way to post a problem. Apologies for upsetting your Sharp Bubble.....

You would need to speak to the moderators about the layout.
There is a section for other makes and models, and I don't just know about Sharp.
Sorry if my post upset you, but please try and understand if companies didn't charge for help, they wouldn't be there to give you help.

I agree with Porty, everyone needs to make a decent living and evertone should pay for
experience and knowledge.

Sorry
