HI
I have previous posts and still none the wiser,
have got an older till out to train with, but after pressing a price then department key it BEEEEPSS loadly and gives the above message.
I have successfully done an initial clear and before that a Z read, no problems until trying basic task!
Hoping for some enlightenment soon, thank you

older till........ what model?
sequence error is annoying, i feel your pain lol
you have started a sequence of commands but have not completed them before trying to then sell something
what that sequence is - is anyone's guess lol
try looking at the last few entries on the till roll to see if you can glean anything .
