We have a Samsung ER-4615

Someone has voided 2 PLU codes and we can't find anywhere in the manual to tell us how to 'unvoid' them so that we can start using these PLU codes

Thanks,

We have a PLU code of 045 but can't use as it gives an error code E1 and a beep

The PLU code is still listed when you do a descriptor scan.

In the manual there is a section that states:

"In order to "de-activate" a PLU, or remove its status and department link, enter the PLU number and press VOID.
De-activated PLUs will not be allowed to register."

There is no instruction to reverse this action.

That's what I'm looking for,

Thanks

ok now ive got it
i would recreate the plu's status link and its department link
if this fails, delete the plu and recreate it in its entirety.
