first off, you need to ensure that options are set in sconfiguration to copy all parameters from location to location [hope its multisite samstock you have found] you need to collect all products from the 6500@s in location 2[personally id have put them in location 1 as they are the first thing you need to communicate with]
then when you have checked that the data is also in location 1 - send all products to the 7000's

I think I must have the wrong version of software Andy as I don't even see anything to do with sconfiguration in whatever I have installed 
I will continue my quest ................................
