Trouble resetting SAM4S ER-380M

Hi there,

I have obtained two SAM4S ER-380M but am having a lot of trouble resetting them to the factory default settings. All the PLU data is deleted and I have tried clearing the memory using the S mode and holding check, then top left, bottom left, top right and bottom right keys however it just comes up saying "default kbd load".

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
