Recently bought SPS2000, everything is good. Just noticed today that on the customer receipt, it does not showing the tender amount.

For example, a customer bought a coffee for $5.00 , and paid $20.00 cash. On the receipt, it only shows the total amount is $5.00 and change is $15.00. There is no where to show we received $20.00 cash on the receipt. Is there any way to show that $20.00 on the receipt? Anyone can help me about this please?

Many thanks in advance.
Cheers.

Hello,

Judging by the $ symbol I'm guessing your not in the UK. The US version of the SPS2000 may be different to the UK version however check the following has been set.

PGM Mode - System Options - General Printing Options - Print Tender on Receipt = YES

Thanks for help.
I am in New Zealand.

Have already checked the options mentioned above, Print Tender on Receipt = YES has been chosen by default, but still not showing the tender paid amount on receipt. Any other advice please?

Thanks.

if the above is set then it should work - i take it the printer is set up as a receipt printer - not a kitchen/bill printer?

Both receipt and bill printer are sharing the same printer. Receipt printer is printing the way we want it to be.
However, on the bill printer receipt, it does not print the amount that customer paid.
e.g: coffee $5.00, customer pays $20.00, cashier touch $20.00 then cash button. The drawer opens and advice the casher gives $15.00 change. On the bill receipt, it shows sales amount is $5.00 and change is $15.00. Customer is argue that there is no where shows they paid $20.00 on the bill receipt.

I checked: "PGM Mode - System Options - General Printing Options - Print Tender on Receipt", it set to "YES" by default. Tried set it to "No", it still not showing the tender amount on the bill receipt. I did try that, but it is not working. Any other suggestions please?

Many thanks.
