Hi - I understand that on the SPS2000 you can connect to a PC/Laptop using the rs-232 (either 9 pin or rj-45 connectors). My question is 2 fold.

What software / utility can I use to connect to the SPS2000 as I want to be able to upload bitmaps so they can be setup on my Ellix printer?
Are there any special pin-outs that need to be made in either the 9pin or RJ-45 cables?

I also want to be able to upload / rename icons etc for use on the system
