Sold one of these to a bistro (first 520 I've sold) and am on the learning curve. 90% done and am impressed with what this baby can do. Problem, customer wants time keeping function. Have followed the manual, setup Z1 & Z2 in memory for T & A, told it to use terminal 1 for T & A storage, did the employee setup for jobs and wages, etc. It works great, clerks can time in and out, time and attendance can be edited and all seems well in the world unlil I go to the X and Z to do the attendance report in OTHER REPORTS section (where the time clock report button is). It's greyed out, can't be accessed. Permissions (I believe) have been given. It's all working, just can't get the printout. Do I maybe need the memory expansion to get the report? It's only been assigned 2000 PLU's and Z1 and Z2, nothing fancy like tracking. Straight cash sale machine. HELP!!

just a thought..........
isnt time and attendance tracking?
perhaps you need to activate an extra tracking file?
after all clerk interrupt is tracking and paid order recall is tracking so...........

Seems logical but didnt work. Got in touch with the N.American distributor and in Report options, IRC as default had to be checked as yes. Lost a Sunday trying to figure that one out (NOT in the Time & Attendance seup manual). Thanks for the post though Dan.

One other thing if you set this up. In SRV, IRC has to be set Reg#1 to Reg#1, then readings of T & A, X & Z can be read.
