Hi,
I am trying to find out how to make the printer print my logo at the top of each receipt printed.
I have managed to get it to print text using the message settings.
But how to get it to print a logo eludes me.
I have an ELLIX 20IIS printer, I have uploaded the image to the printer using the ELLIX Utility PC software and the image prints fine when testing the printer using the software, so I know the image is there.
Any thoughts?

the parameters for logo images are very strict
and must be black and white NOT GREY SCALE!!!!
[im sorry - i dont know the sizes for that printer - but it will be documenter somewhere]
the image has to be loaded via pc utility into the till to work
i do not offer the service as its quite difficult and time consuming to get right

I dont mind messing around with it myself as I have a spare SPS-2000 as a backup. I have four of these tills.
When you say PC utility, do you mean for the SPS-2000? Or for the till? I have managed to get images uploaded to the printer via the Ellix PC Utility software no problems. The image size should not exceed 512px according to the Ellix PC Utility.
If you can point me in the direction of a PC Utility for the SPS-2000 if such thing exists then I would be very grateful.

I'm curious to know whether you managed to find a way around making your SPS-2000 print your logo? I have the Ellis 20 printer but none of the manuals (whether SPS-2000's or Ellis 20's) provide clear instructions on this.
