Hi - Have a SPS-2000 and an Ellix 20xxx printer. Problem is that it prints 2 receipts for every transaction made. How do I only make it print 1???? Been through all the menu options but cant see where it could be!!!

if your products are set up to print on a kitchen printer and
either the reciept printer is set up as a kitchen printer or the kitchen printer is off or not connected, the data sent to that printer will bounce back to the reciept printer.
