I am ditching my till and switching over to a PC based epos system. I need to print out all the barcodes and prices of stuff that has been programmed into the till.....Will keying in 9999 then [subt] with the key in the 'X' position do the job ???? This is what the manual indicates, but I didn't want to try it without confirmation in case I unleash a monster !! Also, can I stop this process once it has started or do I have to stand there for ages with multiple till rolls ??

Well, like my supplier, no-one seems to know, so I have done something that is not very cost effective, but is deeply satisfying.
I've lobbed the whole piece of junk in the bin, written off the capital expense against tax, and bought a complete POS Epos system, and started from scratch. Cheers all, see you anon.
