Hi hopefully somebody can help me
have just set up samstock with my tills (finally) and have ran a sam event to z collect the sales date (just a test) however no stock/product sales info is coming through on the reports - product sales reports just blank.... the financial reports are fine but not stock info etc. have set opening stocks etc...
can anybody help.... must be doing something wrong!
if your financial is correct then the data was pulled from the till correctly
what tills are connected?
have you edited the prepoll data string?
are products being deducted from stock?
[ie i look under maint products products and product detail stock tam - try selling z ing then looking at this figure]
if you are not doing orders and deliveries through samstock - that may be your issue
SPS-2000 v3 tills... 4 of them...
stock figures are not chanign on samstock - however i have not processed any orders or deliveries yet. I have only just got the system working this week. so set an opening stock. then did a test, sold 2 products on a till, then z'd through samevent (just hte standard z, no messing with poll etc) then ran the reports .... nothing

if you didnt poll the tills - you wouldnt have got any readings at all.
go to maintenance /stock locations/ till type
change the type to anything random
accept the prompts and save
then change back to sam 2000's confirm the prompts and save
try again
if the financial saved then the stock has to have!!! - unless samstock wasnt told to pull the plu report are you pulling a level 1 or level 2 report?
im not sure this is something that can be repaired at a distance.
think you will need a samstock expert there on site to spot the obvious
I am just going into samevent and running a z-collect all data...
not sure what level this is at...?
