samstock 3.0.9 using with samsung 6540 cannot send price change or z collect data no retry

please any help.

lets start by posting a bit more info
when it fails, what error code do you get?
v3.09 is as old as the hills and is no longer supported!
nor will it work with an o/s later than xp
