few questions first........ !Chin

1. who set up samstock on your pc?
2. has it ever worked?
3. can you send products from samstock to the 650?

this narrows down the multitude of possibilities and helps me to help you

We, ourself installed the samstock software.
when we first started the business it worked fine, then after 2 yrs it started giving problems ie. no report collection, when new products added and sent to till, kept on saying full memory.
then i reinstalled samstock and cleared all PLU in till.
Everything works but collecting reports doesn't work.

ok, so comms is fine
the most obvious place to look is sales still held in memory either against a clerk or a table or both!

I emailed the supplier who i bought it from and they gave me some instructions.
the next day it was fine but the date showed day late, ie. we collected reports on 10/08/11....report shows of 09/08/11, but the report matches with 10/08/11.

wierd huh?!?! !what

thanks,
Chandan Sherchan
