Hello. I tried to do a "send all products" to the till this morning and received this error on every attempt.
We use SamLite software, Sam4s NR 500 till, win 10 laptop.
06/08/2020 05:21:16 - *** [name of shop] Executed SEND_ALL_PRODUCTS PLU.PGM Result: -999
I suspect that this could mean we have reached the maximum number of products allowed (if that's such a thing) or could the till need a SD card putting in it to increase memory (my partner thinks he has seen this is possible but can't remember where)
